‘Green Tick Licence’ (“Licence”) Agreement and Conditions of Use

The ‘Green Tick logo’ (“logo”) will only be licensed to Challenge entrant following successful completion of the 60 Day Carbon Challenge with reduction of that entrant’s carbon footprint by at least 20% across the designated Challenge areas.

The logo is provided on the basis of this licence only and all rights in the use of the logo are subject to the information provided herein.

This agreement together with any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on our website form the conditions of supply and use of our images and licence.

1.We own all rights in the images and text on our website.

2.In exchange for your payment for a 12 month licence, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to reproduce the image(s) according to the e3 Global Pty Ltd Branding Guidelines

3.The logo and name can be used for a period of 12 months from the scheduled end date of the client 60 Day Carbon Challenge.

4.Reapplication for the ‘Green Tick’ licence is contingent on e3 Global receiving information about your workplace environmental activity as requested (as per Charter) on a periodical basis over the 12 month period from licence date.

5.If logo and licence use extends beyond the usage period as designated by us, we will take action to preclude continued use by you of the licence

6.No image may be reproduced, copied, stored, manipulated, linked, or distributed in any form or by any means, unless licensed to do so, or otherwise permitted by us in writing to do so.

7.No images or copyright material of our sponsors, partners or clients are included for use under this licence agreement

8.In the event of any copyright infringement or breach of this agreement, we will be entitled, at our discretion, to exercise any of the following remedies against you, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us:

1.We will notify you in writing of the nature of the breach and our intention to take action;

2.To commence proceedings against you for breach of contract and any other actions which may arise;

3.To terminate your account; 4.We may refuse any dealings with you in the future.

Conditions of Use

Use of image: In respect of all usage of the “Green Tick” and all copyright protected images, layout, designs and marketing plans for all such usage shall be submitted to e3 Global for our written approval. This includes such communications as letterheads and facsimile coversheets. It shall not be unreasonable for e3 Global to withhold approval if any use of these images is inconsistent in context and usage with e3 Global’s environmental, marketing or presentation policy.

Use of names: In respect of all usage of the names “e3 Global” and “60 Day Carbon Challenge” (the Names), layout, designs and marketing plans for all such usage shall be submitted to e3 Global for our written approval. This includes such communications as letterheads and facsimile coversheet. It shall not be unreasonable for e3 Global to withhold approval if any use of these Names is inconsistent in context and usage with e3 Global’s environmental, marketing or presentation policy.

Resizing / Proportion: The logo is provided as a physical marker and in electronic form. The logo provided for electronic use can be re-sized but the ratio must be maintained. The logo provided as a physical marker cannot be modified in any way.

Copies to e3 Global: A copy of all materials and sites agreed upon between the Parties for use of the logo shall be forwarded to e3 Global within 21 days of that material’s or site’s initial use.

 Branding Guidelines

No authorization is given to you or any affiliated organizations to use any images or branding of e3 Global partners or other Challenge participants.

For promotional, advertising, packaging and media releases, e3 Global suggests using the following words:

“This business is taking the 60 Day Carbon Challenge“

“e3 Global congratulates (your business) on successfully reducing their carbon footprint in all Challenge areas”

Following successful completion of the 60 Day Carbon Challenge and receipt of the “Green Tick” licence, your business can use the phrase:

“(Your business) is Carbon Conscious”

“(Your Business) has reduced its carbon footprint by (20)% across all Carbon Challenge areas”

“(Your business) has received the Green Tick from e3 Global”

“(Your business) is proud to display their Green Tick climate action credentials”
